Amend HB 2733 on page 1 by striking lines 12 and 13 and
substituting the following:
            "(2)  the operation:
                  (A)  does not exceed a distance of two miles from
the point of origin to the destination; or
                  (B)  occurs entirely within a master planned
community with a uniform set of restrictive covenants that has had
a plat approved by a county or a municipality."
