Amend CSHB 2777 as follows:
      On page 2, line 1, after the phrase "of subsections (a) and
(b)", insert the following:
Within 10 days after the release of a request for bids, proposals,
offers, or other applicable expressions of interest relating to the
development or the implementation of a plan for the integration of
services and functions relating to eligibility determination and
service delivery, the commission shall hold a public hearing and
receive public comment on the request.  The commission may
coordinate with a legislative committee to hold the hearings.
