Amend CSHB 2777, committee printing, on page 2, line 7, by
inserting a new SECTION 2. as follows, and renumber the remaining
SECTIONS appropriately:
      SECTION 2.  Section 11(d) and Section 12, Chapter 885, Acts
of the 74th Legislature, Regular Session, 1995, is repealed.
