Amend CSHB 2909, in SECTION 23 of the bill, in proposed
Section 46.035(b), Penal Code, (committee printing, page 24), as
follows:
      (1)  On line 18, strike "or" and substitute "<or>".
      (2)  On line 20, strike the period and substitute the
following:
      "; or
            (7)  in a movie theater.".
