Amend HB 2915 by striking page 2, lines 26 and 27, and
striking page 3, line 1, and substituting:
      comparable to those of state employees. In this subsection,
for purposes of comparability, "employee benefits" includes, in the
aggregate, compensation, a retirement program, health insurance
benefits, and vacation and sick leave.
