Amend HB 2915 on third reading on page 2, line 27,
immediatley following the period, by inserting "The contract must
provide that the private entity shall maintain the comparable
compensation and benefits for a term of not less than three years
after the date the contract is entered into or for the initial
contract period, whichever period is shorter. This subsection does
not apply to a contract with a private entity to continue
performing without interruption services that the same or another
private entity performed under a previous contract with the board."
