Amend CSHB 2948 by adding an appropriately numbered section
to read as follows and renumbering subsequent sections accordingly:
      SECTION ____.  AMENDMENT.  The heading to and Subsection (a)
of Section 2201.003, Government Code, are amended to read as
follows:
      Sec. 2201.003.  TRANSFERS FROM CAPITAL TRUST <RELATION TO
GENERAL REVENUE> FUND.  (a)  Interest earned by <Income from> the
fund shall be deposited to the credit of the housing trust <general
revenue> fund.
