Amend HB 3025 as follows:
      (1)  On page 1, between lines 15 and 16, insert a new section
of the bill to read as follows:
      "SECTION 2.  Section 681.006, Transportation Code, is amended
by adding a new subsection (e) as follows:
      (e)  Nothing in this Code shall be interpreted as exempting
any owner or operator of a vehicle from payment of fees or
penalties imposed by a governmental unit for parking at a meter, in
a parking garage or lot, or in a space located within the
boundaries of a municipal airport."
      (2)  Renumber remaining Sections of the bill appropriately.
