Amend HB 3086 by inserting the following appropriately
numbered SECTION in the bill and renumbering the subsequent
SECTIONS of the bill accordingly:
      SECTION ___. Section 25.0221, Government Code, is amended to
read as follows:
      Sec. 25.0221.  BRAZORIA COUNTY. Brazoria County has the
following statutory probate courts and statutory county courts:
            (1)  County Court at Law No. 1 and Probate Court of
Brazoria County;
            (2)  County Court at Law No. 2 and Probate Court of
Brazoria County; and
            (3)  County Court at Law No. 3 and Probate Court of
Brazoria County.
