Amend HB 3101 as follows:
      (1)  On page 1, line 10 insert the following after the word
"assistance" and before the word "provided" the following: "for the
child's health needs".
      (2)  On page 2, line 1 insert the following after the word
"assistance" and before the word "provided" the following: "for the
child's health needs".
