Amend HB 3207 on third reading by striking amended Section
159.002(b), Local Government Code, and substituting the following:
      (b)  The statement must <be>:
            (1)  be filed with the county clerk <auditor> of the
county in which the officer or candidate resides; and
            (2)  comply with Sections 572.022 and 572.023,
Government Code <filed on the form provided by the county auditor;
and>
            <(3)  verified>.
