Amend CSHB 3249 by adding the following as SECTION 4 and
renumbering subsequent sections accordingly:
      Section 34.004, Education Code, as amended to read as
follows:
      Sec. 34.004.  STANDING CHILDREN.  A school district may not
require or allow a child to stand on a school bus or passenger van
that is in motion.
