Amend HCR 151 as follows:
      1)  Page 2, Line 16, between "TDHS" and "take" insert "and
HHSC as appropriate,"
      2)  Page 2, Line 18 - 19, strike number 1) in its entirety
and substitute "monitor expenditures by HHS agencies and to the
extent possible transfer funds not needed by HHS agencies to fill
the slots in the Community Based Alternatives program;"
      3)  Page 2, Line 22, after "care" strike "such that the
program conforms to state and federal requirements of budget
neutrality"
