Amend the Wolens amendment to CSHJR 31 as follows:
      (1)  On page 4, line 12, insert the following:
      "(iv)  a person contracted to make, originate, or arrange
loans qualified for purchase by the Federal National Mortgage
Association or Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation; and"
      (2)  On page 4, line 10, strike "or".
      (3)  On page 4, line 12, strike "and" and substitute "or".
