Amend Floor Amendment No. 1 to HJR 31 as follows:
      On page 4, between lines 23 and 24 add new Subsections
(a)(6)(P)(iv) and (a)(6)(P)(v) to read as follows:
                        (iv)  a person who sold the homestead
property to the current owner and who provided all or part of the
financing for the purchase.
                        (v)  A person who is related to the
homestead property owner within the second degree of affinity or
consanguinity.
