Amend the Cook amendment to CSSB 1 by deleting the following
language on page 2, lines 5-8, and adjusting punctuation
accordingly.
                  (vi)  each holder of record of a permit issued by
a groundwater conservation district for the use of groundwater the
withdrawal of which occurs in the regional water planning area.
