Amend CSSB 20 as follows:
      (1)  In SECTION 2 of the bill (page 2, line 1, house
committee printing), strike "24.549" and substitute "24.550".
      (2)  At the end of SECTION 2 of the bill (page 3, between
lines 2 and 3, house committee printing), add the following:
      Sec. 24.550.  405TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT (SMITH COUNTY).  The
405th Judicial District is composed of Smith County.
