Amend CSSB 30 as follows:
      On page 2, line 67 (committee report) insert "the state to"
after "for" and before ":";
      On page 2, line 68 (committee report) replace "matching" with
"match";
      On page 3, line 4 (committee report) replace "ensuring" with
"ensure".
