Amend CSSB 34 as follows:
      (1)  In SECTION 22, Subdivision (2), Subsection (b), Section
263.403, strike "10" and substitute "12".
      (2)  In SECTION 26, Subdivision (3), Subsection (b), Section
264.207, strike "service centers" and substitute "services".
