Amend SB 64 by inserting the following language on page 2,
line 18, between "agency" and ".":
, or a hotel, conference center or dormitory owned and operated by
an institution of higher education.  This section does not prohibit
the state agency or institution of higher education from
designating an exempted building, hotel, conference center or
dormitory in part or in its entirety as a nonsmoking area
