Amend SB 89 as follows:
      On page 3, line 10, between the words "use", and "circulate",
strike the word "sell,"; and,
      on page 3, line 15, immediately following the sentence ending
with the phrase "or a Canadian province.", add the following new
sentence:
      "An offense under this subsection is a Class C Misdemeanor."
