Amend Floor Amendment No. 1 to CSSB 181 with the following:
      (1)  In SECTION 3, page 1, line 56, Sec. 263.402 by adding
the following:  "(c)  If the court renders an order under this
section, the court shall dismiss the suit not later than the 180th
day after the date the order is rendered."
      (2)  In SECTION 3, page 2, line 23, Sec. 263.403 by adding
the following:  "(c)  If the court renders an order under this
section, the court shall include in the order specific findings
regarding the grounds for the order."
