Amend CSSB 190
      On page 27, line 11, strike Sec. 242.070 and substitute,
"Sec. 242.070.  APPLICATION OF OTHER LAW. The state <department>
may not assess a penalty under both this chapter and Section
32.021, Human Resources Code, for a violation arising out of the
same act or failure to act."
