Amend CSSB 190:
      1)  Strike Sections 242.074, 242.075, and 242.076 beginning
on page 29, line 20 and continuing through page 34 line 14.
      2)  Substitute the following:
      Sec. 242.074.  INVESTIGATIONS BY ATTORNEY GENERAL.  The
attorney general may conduct an investigation in a nursing facility
that is not certified to serve Medicaid recipients in the manner
provided in Chapter 36 of the Human Resources Code, if the
investigation is requested by the department.
