Amend CSSB 190 as follows:
      (1)  In Section 242.061(a), Health and Safety Code, as
amended by SECTION 1.11 of the bill, following the semicolon at the
end of Subdivision (1) (page 14, line 24, House Committee
Printing), insert "or".
      (2)  In Section 242.061(a), Health and Safety Code, as
amended by SECTION 1.11 of the bill, at the end of Subdivision (2)
(page 14, line 26, House Committee Printing), strike "; or".
      (3)  In Section 242.061(a), Health and Safety Code, as
amended by SECTION 1.11 of the bill, strike Subdivision (3) (page
14, line 27, and page 15, line 1, House Committee Printing) and
substitute:  "<substantially failed to comply with the requirements
established under this chapter>."
