Amend CSSB 190 by inserting a new Section 1.11 on page 6
after line 14 to read as follows, and renumbering subsequent
sections accordingly:
      Section 1.11.  Section 242.045(c) is amended to read as
follows:
      (c)  An offense under this section is a <Class B misdemeanor>
third degree felony.
