Amend CSSB 220 in Subsection (a) of SECTION 5 as follows:
      (1)  On lines 63 and 64 of page 4 of the committee printing
delete "to a civil action"
      (2)  On line 65 of page 4 of the committee printing following
"(1)" and before "commenced" insert "to a civil action"
      (3)  On line 67 of page 4 of the committee printing following
"(2)" and before "described" insert "to a civil action"
