Amend SB 258, in SECTION 1 of the bill, by striking proposed
Section 2(b)(1), Article 21.53F, Insurance Code (Committee Printing
page 2, line 25 through page 3, line 6) and substituting the
following:
            (1)  a plan that provides coverage:
                  (A)  only for a specified disease or other
limited benefit;
                  (B)  only for accidental death or dismemberment;
                  (C)  for wages or payments in lieu of wages for a
period during which an employee is absent from work because of
sickness or injury;
                  (D)  as a supplement to liability insurance; or
                  (E)  only for indemnity for hospital confinement;
