Amend SB 298 on third reading as follows:
      In SECTION 1 of the bill, in amended Section 54.01(h), Family
Code, strike the last sentence in the subsection (Committee
Printing, page 1, lines 18 and 19) and substitute "Each subsequent
detention order shall extend for no more than 10 working days,
except that in a county with a population of less than 250,000,
each subsequent detention order shall extend for no more than 20
working days."
