Amend SB 332, page 3, line 4, to add a new section 3, and
renumber sections 3, 4 and 5 accordingly:
      SECTION 3.  Section 2001.058, Government Code, is amended by
adding subsection (g) to read as follows:
      (g)  The provisions of subsection (f) of this section do not
apply to any action brought under any section of the Insurance
Code.
