Amend SB 349 as follows:
      (1)  Amend the new SECTION added by Floor Amendment No. 1,
which added a new Section 107.017 to Subchapter B, Chapter 107,
Family Code, by striking new Section 107.017 in its entirety.
      (2)  Renumber the remaining sections appropriately.
