Amend CSSB 359 as follows:
      (1)  On page 38, line 18, by inserting subsection (d) as
follows and renumbering the following sections accordingly:
      (d)  Monetary penalties shall not be assessed for violation
of clerical errors or standards which do not clearly apprise the
facility or family home of the required standard.
