Amend the House Committee Report for SB 365 as follows:
      (1)  On page 8, line 18, after the word "state" strike
"guidelines" and substitute "laws, rules and regulations and
instructions promulgated directly from those laws, rules and
regulations".
      (2)  On page 8, line 21, after the word "state" strike
"guidelines" and substitute "laws, rules, and regulations and
instructions promulgated directly from those laws, rules and
regulations".
