Amend CSSB 370 in SECTION 7.10 of the bill as follows:
      (1)  In amended Section 361.132(a), Transportation Code (page
63, lines 21-22, house committee report), strike "or convenient".
      (2)  In proposed Section 361.132(d), Transportation Code
(page 64, line 21 and line 24, house committee report), strike "or
convenient" both times it appears.
