Amend CSSB 370, in Article 1 of the bill,  by adding a new
section to Article 1, appropriately numbered, to read as follows,
and renumbering subsequent sections of Article 1 accordingly:
      SECTION 1.___.  Subchapter D, Chapter 201, Transportation
Code, is amended by adding Section 201.2035 to read as follows:
      Sec. 201.2035.  ACCOUNTING STRUCTURE.  The department shall
create and maintain an accounting structure for roadway and
warehouse inventory of the department.  The accounting structure
must provide for the accounting for lost or destroyed materials.
