Amend SB 370 by adding a new Section ____ and renumbering
subsequent Sections thereof.
      SECTION    .  REST AREA FACILITIES.  The Department shall
conduct a feasibility study to determine the need for construction
of additional public rest areas with restrooms along that section
of Interstate 35 between San Antonio and Laredo and report its
findings to the legislature no later than January 1, 1999.
