Amend CSSB 370 as follows:
      On page 15, line 12, after the word "department" add the
words "in a corridor of land on which no existing state or federal
highway is located";
      On page 15, line 14, after the word "agreement" add the words
"which may not exceed twelve years";
      On page 15, line 17, after the word "project" add the words
"and property included in the contract"
