Amend SB 382 on page 1, line 18 through page 2, line 9, by
striking subsection (k) in its entirety and substituting the
following:
      "(k)  'Limited health care services' means:
            (1)  mental health, chemical dependency, or mental
retardation, or any combination of mental health, chemical
dependency, or mental retardation; or
            (2)  an organized long-term care service delivery
system which provides for diagnostic, preventive, therapeutic,
rehabilitative, and personal care services required by an
individual with a loss in functional capacity on a long-term
basis."
