Amend the CSSB 384 as follows:
      (1)  On page 3, lines 41-42, strike "in the State of Texas
<by a state licensing agency in the United States>" and substitute
"by a state licensing agency in the United States".
      (2)  On page 8, lines 25-26, strike "in this state" and
substitute "by a state licensing agency in the United States".
      (3)  On page 8, line 31, strike "in this state" and
substitute "by a state licensing agency in the United States".
