Amend SB 385 on third reading as follows:
      (1)  In the introductory language to the SECTION of the bill
in which Section 14, Texas Health Maintenance Act (Chapter 20A,
Vernon's Texas Insurance Code) is amended, strike "Subsections
(i)-(s)" and substitute "Subsections (i)-(m)".
      (2)  In Section 14, Texas Health Maintenance Act (Chapter
20A, Vernon's Texas Insurance Code), strike Subsections (n)-(s), as
added by Floor Amendment No. 18 by Van de Putte.
