Amend SB 627 by adding new Subsections (g) and (h) to Section
8, Article 2372p-4, Revised Statutes, as added by SECTION 1 of the
bill, to read as follows:
      (g)  The certificate of registration, examination and
continuing education requirements of this section are in addition
to the requirements in sections 2, 4, 5, and 6 of this Act.
      (h)  The commissioner of insurance shall enforce the terms of
the Bail Bond Act, Article 2372p-3, Revised Statutes, in regulating
corporations under this section in order to protect the integrity
of writing bonds and the financial interests of the bail bond board
counties.
