Amend SB 674 on 3rd Reading by adding an appropriately
numbered SECTION accordingly:
      SECTION ____.  Section 43.26, Penal Code, is amended by
adding Subsection (h) to read as follows:
      (h)  A business that develops or processes visual material
and determines that the material may be evidence of a criminal
offense under this section shall report the existence of the visual
material to a local law enforcement agency.
