Amend SB 808 as follows:
      In SECTION 1 of the Bill, page 2, line 2 in added Section 33N
of the Texas Securities Act (Article 581-33, Vernon's Texas Civil
Statutes), add the following:
      (c)  and applies to a person who relied upon a disclosure in
the prospectus or offering documents of the small business issuer
describing the limitations of liability in this subsection as
provided.
