Amend SB 834 as follows:
      Beginning on page 2, line 11, strike proposed subsection (d)
and insert proposed subsection (d) in lieu thereof:
      (d)  A county must comply with all requirements of a public
utility in Chapter 13 of the Texas Water Code.
