Amend CSSB 841 as follows:
      (1)  In SECTION 22 of the bill (Committee Printing, page 29,
lines 10-12), strike the introductory language to the section and
substitute the following:
      SECTION 22.  Section 25.19, Tax Code, is amended by amending
Subsections (b) and (i) and adding Subsections (j) and (k) to read
as follows:
      (2)  At the end of SECTION 22 of the bill (Committee
Printing, at the end of page 30), add the following:
      (k)  The chief appraiser shall include with a notice required
by Subsection (a) or (i):
            (1)  a copy of a notice of protest form as prescribed
by the comptroller under Section 41.44(d);
            (2)  an envelope addressed to the appraisal review
board; and
            (3)  instructions for completing and mailing the form
and requesting a hearing on the protest.
