Amend CSSB 841 as follows:
      (1)  On page 21, line 22, SECTION 19, after the word
"appraiser" and before the word "and" insert the following:  "as
applied to all properties within a property category".
      (2)  On page 21, line 27, SECTION 19, after the word
"available" and before the word "on" insert the following:  "to the
property owner".
      (3)  On page 22, line 2, SECTION 19, after the word "the" and
before "improvements":  "owners".
