Amend SB 925 as follows:
      In SECTION 7, add the following subsection (e):
      (e)  None of the funds payable or collected under or by the
authority of the Propane Education and Research Act of 1996 (Pub.
L. No. 104-284), may be spent on the promotion or marketing of
propane for use in on-the-road vehicles.
