Amend CSSB 932 as follows:
      (1)  In Section 10 of the bill, Sec. 481.005(d), Government
Code (page 4, line 12), strike "policy" and substitute "governing".
      (2)  In Section 17 of the bill, Sec. 481.023(c), Government
Code (page 6, line 55) strike "appropriated" and substitute
"general revenue".
      (3)  In Section 21 of the bill, Sec. 481.032, Government Code
(page 8 - lines 68-69 and page 9 - line 1) strike ", including
methods to eliminate or reduce duplicative and unnecessary state
agency rules and regulations that affect the business climate".
      (4)  In Section 41(d) of the bill (page 16, lines 48-50)
strike "established under the prior law governing the authority of
the executive director, and the prior law is continued in effect
for that purpose".
      (5)  In Section 41 of the bill (page 17, line 8), add new
subsection (i) to read as follows:  (i)  "The Texas Department of
Economic Development and Tourism shall utilize existing stationary,
supplies, promotional materials, and similar items from the Texas
Department of Commerce until such items have been exhausted."
