Amend SB 937 as follows:
      (1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in Section 741.004, Government
Code, strike (3) (page 2, lines 23-24), and substitute the
following:
            "(3)  a member of the House Committee on Urban Affairs
or the House Committee on County Affairs appointed by the speaker
of the house."
