Amend CSSB 1066 as follows:
      (1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in proposed Section
2155.144(e), Government Code, between "the agency" and "shall
consult with", insert "shall notify the state auditor and" (house
committee printing, page 2, between lines 25 and 26).
      (2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in proposed Section
2155.144(f), Government Code, between "goods and services" and the
period, insert "before or after a warrant is issued to pay for an
acquisition" (house committee printing, page 3, line 3).
